In Memory Of<br /><br />Anderson, Stella who passed away on 7/30/2012 at the age of 86<br /><br />Stella E. (Edgecomb) Anderson, age 86, of Fall River, formerly of 
Newington, CT passed away Monday, July 30, 2012 in Adams' House in Fall 
River. She was the wife of Edward D. Anderson to whom she had been married for 58 years.<p>She was born in Limestone, Maine, the daughter of the late Burnice and Jennie (Burtchell) Edgecomb. Mrs. 
Anderson was a graduate of the Maine General Hospital School of Nursing 
and was employed as a Registered Nurse for over 25 years at the VA 
Hospital in Newington, CT. She served in the United States Navy Nurse 
Corps during the Korean War until her honorable discharge in 1954.</p><p>In
 addition to her husband she is survived by her two daughters Debra A. 
Felder and her husband Lloyd and Pamela A. Williams and her husband 
Scott all of Dartmouth; three grandchildren Laura and Daniel Felder and 
Lia Williams; a brother Burnice Edgecomb, a sister Gertrude Boyd and 
many nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Frances 
Lake.</p><p>Private arrangements are in the care of the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT DARTMOUTH.</p>
