Graveside services for Ms. Blanton will be held Friday, July 24, 2020 at 11am at the old Brundidge City Cemetery with Rev. Donald Ash officiating. Visitation will follow in the cemetery. Ms. Blanton was a southern lady who loved her church, country, family and friends She is survived by her brother, James Blanton (Eleanor); nephew, James &ldquo;Edward&rdquo; Blanton Jr.; niece, Kay Reader (Chris) and numerous cousins and other family. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Springfield baptist church 4507 County Rd. 4421 Brundidge, AL 36010.
